Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time may vary depending on the product, warehouse location, carrier, and destination.

For products shipped from our U.S. warehouse, estimated delivery is usually 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Some products may require a longer delivery time, which will be shown on the product page or at checkout when applicable.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after the package is handed over to the carrier.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will help review the issue and provide a suitable solution.

If your package appears to be lost or missing, please contact us with your order number so we can assist you.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. AMIUZ is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
